Goat Cheese with Honey and Flowers

Description

This is a simple and beautiful way to elevate a cheese or crudiete board. The key is to bring the cheese down to room temperature before folding mix in’s. Play around with different honey, herbs and flowers.


Ingredients

11 oz chevre
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 tsp flaky salt
edible flowers


Instructions

  1. Allow the goat cheese to come to room temperature.
  2. Place into a bowl and fold in the honey and flaky salt.
  3. Line a small bowl or ramekin with seran wrap and transfer the goat cheese smoothing out the top.
  4. Refrigerate for an hour or so.
  5. Unwrap and transfer to a serving plate- decorate with edible flowers.
