I try not to play favorites but *this* may be my favorite smoothie of all time. It is basically a guilt free chocolate milkshake loaded with vegetables, protein and energizing cocoa. All the indulgence without the sugar crash.
I switch up the nut butters depending on my mood. Cashew butter gives this a chocolate caramel vibe and peanut butter makes it taste like a candy bar! When I’m feeling rundown, I add reishi to reduce stress and for immune support. When I’m feeling fancy I pulse in a tablespoon of cocoa nibs at the end of blending for a little crunch.
Double Chocolate Smoothie

Ingredients
6–8 oz basic nut milk
1.5 cups frozen cauliflower (or a mix of cauliflower and zucchini)
1 frozen banana
1 tablespoon nut butter (cashew, almond, peanut)
2 tablespoon cocoa powder
1 scoop chocolate protein
Instructions
Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender. Start on low gradually increase the speed using a tamper tool. Blend on high, tampering as needed for 1-2 minutes until thick and creamy.
